The development of alternative (and free-of-antibiotics) antibacterial and antibiofilm agents is an important strategy to circumvent the resistance bacteria antibiotics. Herein, we explore production mixed oxides by incorporating silver nanoparticles in titanium dioxide as a concentration-dependent agent that further incorporated Tilapia fish skin (a promising prototype xenograft), integrating activity oxide into intrinsic properties skin. samples prepared with high concentrations (10 wt% precursor AgNO3) has been considered good response. influence content also observed respect minimum bactericidal concentration, which reduced 3.13 mg/mL characteristic kill time order 30 min associated biofilm-forming strains Staphylococcus aureus.
